Recreation and Parks Survey

West Homestead, Homestead, and Munhall have joined together to evaluate the state of parks and recreation in the Steel Valley and to plan for its future. 

Your input is very important.  Please click the survey link and complete our Recreation and Parks Survey. 

A public meeting will also be held at Barrett Elementary School on March 21^st at 6:00 pm.  Please plan to attend.

By law, Allied Waste, the garbage collector for Homestead Borough, can no longer take televisions, laptops, computers, printers or other electronic computer and/or audio-visual items as part of the Pennsylvania Covered Device Recycling Act. It is against the law for these items to be thrown out with your trash and for us to take them. They must now be recycled and can be dropped off at a designated collection point.  Please visit our News page for more information, including available sites for recycling.
